What are the requirements to rent a car?

You can be a candidate to rent one of our cars as long as you have the following valid personal documents, of which you can be accredited as the owner:

- Documents must be valid for more than one year.
- Driver's license.
- Official photo identification and signature.
- Master Card, Visa and American Express credit card; In the case of previously paid reservations, said card must be the same card with which the payment was made.
- Being over 25 years of age, in case of being under that age between the range of 21 and 24 years old, subject to a minor driver charge.

Why do you need a credit card?

Guarantee deposits must be made by credit card: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and the amounts may vary depending on the coverage contracted and the type of rental car. Third Party Damage Protection (PLI)
This protection is included in the rate given to you in your rent and covers damage to third parties at 100% by contract.

CDW / LDW Collision and Theft
This protection is included in the rate that it was granted in your rent, by paying a deductible in the event of a collision it will be 10% on the value of the car and in the event of Total Loss and / or Theft of the unit it will be 20% on the value of the car, Does not include loss of keys, replacement of plates, charges for fines and cranes

What does the rent with a driver include?

Is the reservation guaranteed?

Yes, all reservations without a guarantee will be accepted for a period of 1 hour after the date and time of confirmed rental.

Is gasoline included?

Answer

All cars are rented with a full tank and must be returned full. In case of delivering the unit with less gasoline there is a surcharge for fuel refilling service. prepaid fuel options are available. Please check at the rental counter for more details. Pay in advance for a full tank of fuel and return the empty car. Our rates for this Fuel Service Option are comparable to the current local retail price. If you select this option, you should return the car as close to the vacuum as possible, as no refund will be given for unused fuel.

Can you rent at any time of the day?
